How can I help

Like many of the sessions I do, I try to look at the cause of the problem.
Sometimes there isn’t a cause.
My goal with hypnotherapy is to go as deep as I can in order for it to have long-lasting effects.
I will also look at the symptoms and identify the symptoms that cause stress and anxiety.
Stress and anxiety are normally what causes episodes to flare.
By tackling both causes and symptoms we can normally have quite good lasting results.
Coaching can also help you by tackling bad habits you might have. The building of new and improved habits is key for a successful result.
